Chris Wilson, Executive Director, Founder
Chris Wilson splits his time between Miami, Florida and New York City and works as a visual artist and a social justice advocate. Through his work, he investigates societal injustices, human relationships, and public policies. His artwork is collected and displayed internationally. His bestselling book, The Master Plan, has inspired countless individuals to find hope, meaning and purpose in their lives. He founded the Chris Wilson Foundation in order to support social entrepreneurs and prison education, including reentry and financial literacy for returning citizens, as well as diversity and inclusion in the arts. He loves house music, traveling and getting time in the studio.

Emma Parrish Post, Program Director
Emma joined the CWF in 2020 with the aim of creating a new kind of prison program – one that would be non-hierarchical, both restorative and educational, and facilitated by those with lived experience in the system. She brought a wealth of experience from both institutional and grassroots educational programs, restorative justice and anti-racism trainings, as well as creative writing and arts pedagogical models. As the Program Director, she directly supports program facilitators, develops new models and program sites, and oversees the implementation of the Master Plan Program in three states. She holds an MFA in Literary Arts from Brown University and is currently a PhD candidate at SUNY Albany. She loves being outdoors, writing fiction and poetry, and baking intricate wedding cakes for friends.

Dr. Alexandra Fields, Academic Director
Dr. Alexandra Fields is passionate about utilizing education as a tool of empowerment, especially within carceral and reentry spaces. With these goals in mind, she designed the curriculum for the Master Plan Workbook, and oversees program trainings, revisions to the Master Plan curriculum, and the development of new versions of the Master Plan Program. She also supports the CWF's fundraising efforts and program evaluation processes. In addition to her role at the CWF, Alexandra is an English Professor and founding Academic Director for Middlesex College's Center for Justice-Impacted Students. She completed her undergraduate degree at Rutgers University in English and psychology, her master's degree in education at Harvard University, and her doctoral degree in Literacy, Culture, and Language at Indiana University, Bloomington.

Brittany Porter, Lead Facilitator/Program Assistant
Brittany Porter was incarcerated from 2010 to 2015 Maryland Correctional Institute for Women. After her release, she was determined to become a better person that walked in her purpose. Brittany faced many challenges in finding meaningful and gainful employment. However, her life changed when she was offered the opportunity to attend Turn Around Tuesday, a reentry program for ex-offenders. This program allowed her to become a Certified Community Health Worker. Brittany used the certification to help her build her career. From working in hospitals to transitioning to the nonprofit world, Brittany is passionate about helping her community and supporting individuals returning home from incarceration. She understands the challenges they face and wants to make a difference in their lives. As the Program Assistant/Lead Facilitator, Brittany has the ability to touch hearts and make a positive impact on those in the carceral setting through mentoring and conducting sessions at correctional facilities.

Olivia Sun, Operations Manager
Olivia received a Bachelor of Arts from New York University in Spanish Language and Literature. She assists with the state-wide management of the Master Plan Program in Maryland, working closely alongside the program’s facilitators, cultivating key partnerships, as well as maintaining existing ones. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, creative writing, and crafting with her friends.

Through his work, he investigates societal injustices, human relationships, and public policies. His book, the Master Plan, continues to inspire people from all walks of life. His artwork is collected and displayed internationally and his production company, Cuttlefish, has produced several successful films, including The Box, which was recently featured in the Tribeca Film Festival. He is also the founder of the Chris Wilson Foundation, which supports social entrepreneurs and prison education, including re-entry and financial literacy for returning citizens, as well as art-related programs.

Wendy Castillo
New York, NY (Treasurer)
Wendy Castillo is the Senior Director of Equity, Data, & Impact at the National Urban League where she leads their data strategy and program evaluation efforts. Earlier in her career, Dr. Castillo taught elementary school in Miami-Dade, and she is now a Lecturer at Princeton's School of Public and International Affairs. She holds a PhD in Education Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's in International Relations from Brown University.

Kris Kudrnac
Baltimore, MD (Secretary)
Kris Kudrnac grew up in Montreal where he received his undergraduate degree from McGill University. He went on to graduate studies at both MIT and Harvard and another 15 years working in tech companies. In 1989 he began his own company, K3 Corp, which develops and imports active cosmetic ingredients for anti-aging formulations, which it sells to US brands such as Estee Lauder. He speaks several languages, loves art, cycling, music and travel. He has lived in the Baltimore area for over 15 years and is dedicated to helping those in the area through education, support and mentoring.

Crickett Woloson
Baltimore, MD
As Director of the Elbow Fund, Crickett Woloson supports positive social change in Baltimore by partnering with proven and passionate community leaders. Since 2010, Crickett has been deeply involved with a series of non-profit organizations, most often focusing on finance, budgeting and governance. She is an avid runner and reader, and generally loves to be outside.

Chris Adamo is a founding partner of Flamingo Capital, and an active angel investor and an advisor in dozens of high growth startups. He is also a cofounder of Letterhead, an all in one solution for email. Prior, he spent 8 years growing 1800 Flowers.com to a billion dollar business. He is a community builder across the Arts, Non Profits, and the Pied Pied for the Miami Tech community. He has an MBA/BA from Binghamton University and lives in Miami, FL with his wife, Randi, and 2 sons, Rhyder and Booker.
